Beef and Potato Stew with Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

- 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed - 4 potatoes, peeled and diced - 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn) - 4 cloves of garlic, minced - 1 onion, chopped - Salt and pepper to taste - 1 loaf of garlic bread Instructions:

1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat until cooked through. Remove from pot and set aside. 2. In the same pot, sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant. 3. Add the diced potatoes and mixed vegetables to the pot and cook for 5 minutes. 4. Return the beef stew meat to the pot and add enough water to cover the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. 6. While the stew is simmering, prepare the garlic bread according to package instructions. 7. Serve the hearty beef and potato stew with a side of garlic bread. Enjoy!
