Ingredients:
* 200 grm boneless fish fillet (snapper, tilapia or any white fish)
* 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for frying)
* 1 bunch green spinach, washed and chopped
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 cup cooked white rice
* 2 tablespoons spicy sambal (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Fish:
* Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (optional)
* Lightly coat the fish with flour on both sides.
* Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, and try the fish fillets until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
2. Spinach Stir-fry:
* In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed, and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
* Add the chopped spinach and stir-fry until wilted, about 2-3 minutes
* Season with soy sauce and pinch of salt to taste. Stir well and remove from heat.
3. Sambal:
use chili, lemon, and salt, you can do it manually to make it soft or put all the ingredients in blender to get soft sambal or chop as you like.
4. Serve:
* Plate the crispy fish alongside the stir-fried spinach and spicy sambal with white rice.
